The day is upon us and soon we will be celebrating with family and friends,

so, it is to you my family of friends that I send this salutation of mine to you

to commemorate this day and tell all of you that I am truly thankful for the

warmth and companionship that you have shared with me.

~~~
Enjoy the day…, safe travels…, and,
Happy Thanksgiving to All !!!
~~~ A Change of Pace ~~~   1 comment

Just to catch you all up…..  La Casa de Pablo is no longer mine.

The property was too large for me to properly care for and it deserved more attention than I was able to give it, so, in desperation I finally sold it.  ‘Twas a sad occasion.

PapaBear now resides at La Casita en el Lago.

This is a very spacious villa on a small lake that’s just north of the Univ. of Notre Dame campus.  It’s a restful, relaxing place where I can sit in the sun porch and watch the ducks and geese on the lake as I take my morning coffee…., that is, after I complete the updating and restoration of the interior.  Y’all didn’t think I’d just move into a place without making it a comfortable and customized residence, did you ?  There are walls to tear out, hardwood to be laid, windows to replace, counters that are crying for new tops, and a hundred other things to be done before I can consider rest, relaxation, writing, and painting (I’ve been doing enough of that other kind of painting, thank you).  When it’s finished I will give it a better name, start relaxing, and call it home.

Enough for now.  Updates with pics will follow as I have time...

My best to all !!!
